At Mahhika, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the product after it has been shipped, you will need to receive the delivery and initiate a return request in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
Please note that any customized outfits, altered sarees (e.g., sarees with pre-stitched falls and pico), or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the processing or tailoring has commenced. We appreciate your understanding, as these pieces are specifically crafted for you.
While we make every effort to fulfill all orders, there may be certain situations where we are unable to accept or must cancel an order. Mahhika reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Situations that may result in your order being cancelled include:
If your order is cancelled by us after your payment has been processed, the full amount will be reversed back to your original payment method. We will notify you via email if any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
