1. Easy Returns – Simple & Transparent

We offer a straightforward 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request through this link within 3 days.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted beyond the 3-day window for any reason. Refunds are applicable only for returned items.

2. How to Place a Return Request

1. Return requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
2. Use this link to fill out the Google Form and create a return request.
3. If you face any difficulties, contact us via Email at contactus@mahhika.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9069 100052 (Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
4. Record an unboxing video while returning the package to ensure a smooth process.
5. Return Pickup: Once the request is placed, our courier partner will pick up the package within 72 hours (3 days).

3. Refund Policy

We process refunds only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes our quality check.

Prepaid Orders

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-4 business days after the product passes our quality check.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• You will receive a refund link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp from +91 9069100052 within 4-5 business days after the quality check.
• Follow these steps to claim your refund:
  1. Click on the link received.
  2. Verify your identity using an OTP.
  3. Enter your bank account details or UPI ID.
  4. Submit the details to process the refund.
  5. Refunds will be credited within 24 hours of adding your details.
